Step-by-Step Guide to Copying ID Cards on Ricoh Printers

Copying ID cards is a common office task, and Ricoh printers make it easy with built-in features designed to streamline the process. Here’s a simple guide to help you copy both sides of an ID card onto one page, ensuring it’s clear, legible, and perfectly aligned.

1. Prepare the ID Card

Before copying, ensure that the ID card is clean and free of any smudges or scratches that might affect the copy quality.

2. Select the Copy Function

Turn on your Ricoh printer and press the Copy button on the home screen or control panel.

3. Choose ID Card Copy Mode

Navigate through the settings to find the ID Card Copy mode.
